CV Indoor Percussion Ensemble Recognized by GPS Governing Board for State Championship Win

Congratulations to Campo Verde High’s Indoor Percussion Ensemble for being honored with a Superintendent Recognition at the May 2025 GPS Board meeting. 

In early April, the Ensemble won the Winterguard Arizona State Championship in the A Classification at Millennium High School. Campo’s Indoor Percussion Ensemble has 30 members, ranging in age from freshmen to seniors. 

The group began rehearsing in December of 2024 to put together this year’s show: “Constant State of Going Nowhere”. The show explores the reality of a fast paced life that is constantly moving, but questions whether they are really “going” anywhere.

Campo's Indoor Percussion Ensemble also traveled to California for a Regional competition and took home 2nd Place. Your hard work, long hours, and consistent dedication to performing arts has shown in your many accomplishments. GPS is proud of all you’ve done and how well you’ve represented Campo and the District. Congratulations!
