Congratulations to Campo Verde High School’s Class of 2025!
Your hard work and dedication have brought you this far and will continue to take you far in the future.
CVHS is proud to celebrate our 504 graduating seniors. 367 students are college/university-bound, 9 are enlisting in the military, 28 are attending a trade school, 27 are serving a Mission, and 31 will be continuing their athletics at a collegiate level. 122 have a GPA of 4.0 or higher and 16 are Student Council officers.
Campo Class of 2025 has been offered $19,606,157 in scholarships and has completed 13,700 community service hours.
A special congratulations to the CVHS Valedictorian, Salutatorian, Academic Speaker, and Coyote Excellence.
Valedictorian - Dylan McCormick
Dylan is ranked #1/504 in CVHS’s Class of 2025, with a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.8214. Dylan has participated in 4 years of varsity track, 4 years of varsity cross country, Key club, National Honors Society, Academic Decathlon, and Spanish Honor Society, all while being nominated for and attending the Hugh O’ Brian Leadership Conference.
Dylan has also received the following honors: AP Scholar with distinction (for 16 classes), Seal of Biliteracy, and Seal of Personal Finance.
Dylan will be heading to UNC Chapel Hill to major in Biology, Exercise, and Sports Science in order to become an Endurance Athletics Coach or Researcher.
Salutatorian - Elizabeth Stone
Elizabeth has a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.7692. Elizabeth has participated in Book Club for 4 years (President Junior and Senior Year), Tri Musical Honor Society for 3 years (Officer for 2 years, and tri-President Senior Year), National Honor Society for 2 years, Link Crew for 2 years (Officer Senior Year), Key Club, and Creative Writing Club, all while volunteering for the reading program at the Southeast Regional Library, taking private voice lessons for 3 years, and participating in Central Region Choir 2025.
Elizabeth has also received the following honors: Golden Scholar (4 years), All-Academic Cross Country Athlete, AP Capstone Diploma, AP Scholar w/ Distinction, Campo Verde Choir Fred Waring Director's Award, Cross Country Varsity Athlete (4 years), Varsity Letter in Choir (2 years), and Seal of Personal Finance.
Elizabeth will be heading to Brigham Young University to major in Biochemistry and minor in Creative Writing in order to work on scientific research and become a published author.
Academic Speaker - Carly McKern
Carly is ranked #5 in CVHS’s Class of 2025, with a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.6744. Carly has participated in Orchestra (and is President of the Orchestra Council), Link Crew Club, United Sound, Tri-M, and National Honor Society, all while being accepted into the AMEA All Regional Orchestra all four years of high school.
Carly has also received the following honors: College Board National Rural and Small Town Recognition Award and National First Generation Recognition Award for GPA and performance on PSAT 10.
Carly will be heading to Arizona State University at the Barrett Honors College to major in Neuroscience in order to become a Biostatistician.
Coyote Excellence - Evelyn Frost
Evelyn is ranked #14 in CVHS’s Class of 2025, with a Quality Point Average (QPA) of 4.549. Evelyn has participated in AFJROTC (Drill Team), Orchestra (Orchestra Council, United Sound), Tri-M Music Honor Society, National Honor Society, and Link Crew all while becoming a Flinn Foundation Scholarship Finalist and National Merit Scholarship Corporation Honorary Merit Scholar.
Evelyn has also been an AMEA Regional Orchestra Member for four years.
Evelyn will be heading to the United States Coast Guard Academy to major in Operations Research and Data Analytics in order to become an Officer in the United States Coast Guard.
