About Me

My name is Shannon Rose and I am excited to have your child as my student.  I am originally from Wisconsin but have spent the last 30 years in Arizona.  I still love to watch the Packers.  I am married and have 2 boys.  My personal interests include reading, cooking, beading, traveling, spending time with my family and listening to music.

I went to the University of Arizona and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in French, Spanish and German.  I worked for several years outside of the education field.  After teaching English to Spanish to Spanish speakers as a volunteer I learned that I loved to teach.  I went back to school to get my teaching certificate.  I also earned my Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix.  I have worked for Gilbert Public Schools for 10 years.
