About Me

My name is Nicole    Trombley and I am privileged to be your English teacher for the 2017-2018 school year! I am so excited to meet and get to know all of you over the course of this year! What excites me most about teaching   English is the rigorous and enriching curriculum that you will be exposed to.  We will be learning so much about expressing ourselves through techniques surrounding the writing process, poetry, and fun interactive activities!  I believe that within the English classroom, we learn the most about who we are as individuals.  I have a strong passion for literature and reading in general. I was exposed to many wonderful authors during my own high school experience and if my love of reading isn’t contagious to all of you, my goal will be to help you find the genre of literature that most excites you!  I am proud to say that I have many success stories  every year!  Above all, I feel so grateful to have found the   career that allows me to wake up every morning in anticipation of what is going to happen during my day.  After all, as a life-long learner, what better place is there to work than in a school?
