My name is Cathi Dennis and I have been teaching English for four years. This is my third year teaching at Campo Verde High School and I absolutely love it here. I have also taught at Gilbert High School (9th and 12th grade), Piedra Vista High School in Farmington, NM (9th grade on level and honors) and Desert Ridge Junior High School (8th grade language arts). I am very excited to be apart of the Coyote family and am enjoying the school very much. I am also the JV Cheerleading Coach here on campus.
I am a graduate of Highland High School (class of 2008), so Gilbert has been my home since I was 15 years old. Before that, I grew up in Long Island, NY in a town called Manorville, very close to the Hamptons, in Long Island , New York. Although I am a New Yorker at heart, I love the southwest and don't have any plans to go back east. I graduated with a bachelor's in science from Northern Arizona University (Go Lumberjacks) and studied Secondary English Education.
